Pacifica has an extensive residential track record that includes land entitlement, single family ground up development, master planned community development, residential towers, condo conversion, and multifamily for sale and rent projects.

Senior Housing

Pacifica owns   a portfolio of senior housing properties and is dedicated to growing this portfolio that spans across the Sunbelt states and will include independent living, assisted living and memory care units. Compelling demographics in the US are driving Pacifica desire to expand in this space.

Hospitality

Pacifica has been one of the larger owners and operators of hotels within the US since the early 1990’s.  In 2006 the company was the 25th largest owner of hotels within the U.S. Pacifica acts as general contractors for their renovations and has a number of hotels under development and currently owns and operates 30 hotels in the US under brands like Marriott, Hilton and Holiday Inns.

Multifamily

Pacifica has a multifamily track record that dates back three decades and has always been an important aspect of the company’s investment strategy. Pacifica has owned thousands of multifamily units on both coasts of the US. Pacifica has always looked for multifamily assets that present an opportunity to add value by repositioning an asset or instituting better management.

Mixed Use / Infill Development

Retail

Pacifica Companies has bought existing as well as developed product ranging from shopping centers, single tenant NNN leased properties as well as purchase sale lease backs. Many of Pacifica’s tenants are national retailers and chains.
