Part-Time Marketing Manager sought for Unique Luxury Home Development in East County to direct and coordinate comprehensive print and digital package which introduces and promotes single family residential community. Our candidate is a self-starting, creative individual with a passion for connecting with current and future customers through content marketing, social media and traditional marketing efforts. He or she will be responsible for advancing the community experience, accelerating effective use of social media, targeting email campaigns, creating and placing print ads, designing brochures, generating publicity and hosting events. The marketing manager will work with the project lead and broker of record to provide both strategic guidance and implementation.
Requirements: Applicants should have a well-developed capacity for implementing persuasive communication through social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship and special events management. Familiarity with concepts, practices, and procedures within marketing and advertising is critical, while knowledge of real estate functions is a bonus. This position will also share a role in tracking sales and traffic data, maintaining databases, preparing reports and may involve events at the project’s winery.
Compensation: Salaried position approximately 30 hours per week. Commensurate with experience. Principals only. Respond with Salary Requirements.
The Manager will perform most work in a conventional office setting with occasional events in model homes or outdoor graded sites. He or she will regularly be required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects and tools. He or she will frequently required to stand, talk and hear.
