Len Howell | Vice President of Hospitality Acquisitions

Len has over 30 years of experience in the hotel industry and worked at Pacifica Companies for over ten years during which time he has transacted almost $500 million in hotel deals.   His primary responsibility at Pacifica Companies is identifying value add hotel opportunities in high barrier to entry markets.  He has previously worked for Forte PLC, Chartwell Leisure, Waterford Development, Intrawest Resorts and Marriott International.  Len has a BS and MBA in finance from San Diego State University.
